Book Transfer Assistance can turn a bad situation into a windfall for your agency. If you have a dead-end relationship with a carrier, take a proactive step to upgrade carriers, boost revenue, and better position your Agency for the future. Iroquois will provide the incentives and support.

Leads Generation Services are provided by many of our companies -- such as Travelers, Hartford, Met, and Zurich -- and by vendors such as NMS.  If our members are willing to commit to using Iroquois’ markets exclusively for the leads that are generated, co-op arrangements are often  available.

Co-op Advertising is available under company specific programs -- such as Travelers, CNA, Zurich, and Met -- and through special arrangements made with Iroquois. In both cases, you need to allow plenty of time to get the proposed ad approved by management and legal. Iroquois’ co-op dollars are reserved for our Members in the top three Compensation Levels who have grown profitably and are committed to future growth.

Loan Validation Programs are available to Partner Members in some regions who need capital for acquisitions or automation. If certain agreed upon volume commitments are met, the loan may be forgiven. To be considered for a loan validation program, you must write a brief proposal for management to consider. If approved, loans are available in as little as 30 days.

Acquisition Assistance is available for our Members who are looking to buy an agency and consolidate business into Iroquois-provided carriers. Iroquois can help with advice, valuations, and/or capital under the right circumstances. The level of our assistance is in direct proportion to the amount of business that will be moved to Iroquois carriers. ($500,000 Minimum.)

Partner Members who are looking for producers to help grow their book of business with Iroquois will want to apply for our producer financing program, which is available in many regions. Similar to loan validation, producer financing allows you to use Iroquois’ capital to help land a producer. You can pay back the loan by reaching agreed upon volume objectives. A written proposal is essential for consideration.

All businesses need an occasional check-up but the cost of consultants is often prohibitive. Iroquois’ consultants will test your financial health and give practical advice to ensure a healthy prognosis for the future. Partner Members get the Agency Diagnostic for free, and it is available to all Members at a steep discount.
